This guide explains how to use the Profile to view, edit, and maintain personal information, employment details, and contact data. The system provides comprehensive profile for maintaining accurate user information and supporting organizational data integrity.

The Profile provides comprehensive personal information. It empowers users to:
- Maintain accurate personal information through centralized profile management and regular updates
- Manage employment and contact details with comprehensive data validation and formatting requirements
- Ensure data integrity through required field validation and standardized information formats
- Support organizational processes with complete employment records and contact information maintenance
- Enable secure account management through password change capabilities and logout functionality

Authorised users can access and manage their own profile information.

Information Modification Workflow
- Click Edit Icon (✏️) in the top-right corner of Basic Information section
- Modify required fields with updated information and accurate data
- Validate information ensuring all required fields are completed correctly
- Review changes for accuracy and completeness before saving
- Click SAVE to commit changes or CANCEL to discard modifications

Password Change Process
- Click Change Password link in the profile summary panel

- Submit changes to update account credentials securely
Always use the logout function when finishing work, especially on shared or public computers, to maintain account security and prevent unauthorized access.
