Create New Group
To create a new group:
- Click Create Group
- The group creation process is divided into two steps
Step 1: Group Details
In this step, define the basic information and permissions for the group.
Fields
- Group Name (Required)
Enter a meaningful name for the group. - Description (Required)
Briefly describe the purpose of the group.
Assign Role Templates
Below the group details, you can assign one or more Role Templates to the group.
- Use the Search Role Templates field to find templates
- Select the required role templates
- Each template card shows:
- Template name
- Number of modules enabled
The permissions applied to this group are inherited from the selected role templates.
Click Next to proceed.
Step 2: Assign Users
In this step, add users to the group.
User Selection
- View users in a table with details such as:
- First Name
- Department
- Designation
- Official Email
- Status
- Use search and filters to find users easily
- Select users using the checkbox

- Back – Return to previous step
- Finish – Complete group creation
Once finished, the selected users will inherit permissions from the group’s role templates.

To edit an existing group:
- Click the Action (⋮) menu
- Select Edit

Delete Group
To delete a group:

- Select Delete
