This guide explains how to use the WhatsApp No-Reply Chat module for one-way WhatsApp communication where recipients are not expected to respond. It is primarily used for sending session updates, reminders, summaries, and informational messages through approved WhatsApp templates.

Incoming messages are not expected in No-Reply Chat. Any replies from users are informational only and do not require action.

Steps to Send a Messageโ€‹

  1. Open the required No-Reply chat
  2. Click on the Template icon in the message composer
  3. Select the required WhatsApp template from the list
  4. Preview the message content in the modal
  5. Click Send to deliver the message

Template Previewโ€‹

The WhatsApp Preview modal displays:

  • Business name and status
  • Template message content
  • Date and time of delivery

This helps ensure accuracy before sending the message to the recipient.
